Electronics Equipment Wiring System Single Core/Hook-Up Wire

The basis for most multi-core cables and lines is the single core PVC insulated stranded conductor. These are extensively used for electrical and electronic equipment : Hook up wires are required to perform in increasingly critical environments, cost effective production methods necessitate uniform wire handling characteristics, strand uniformity, precise dimension and permanent colors. Industry trends such as miniaturization, plus new environmental condition require new improved insulating material.

INCOL offers lightest hook up single core wire in a broader than ever range of insulating material, sizes and colors.

PTFE-Poly tetra flouro ethylene is high performance insulation with temp. range of-65ºC to 200ºC. This is chemically inert and unaffected by solvents making it the ideal solution for extreme temp. or chemical environment.

Important Characteristics

• Operating Temperature (– 40ºC to + 200ºC)
• System Voltage Rating (– 250V to 11 KV)
• Current Carrying Capacity
• The Voltage Drop When The Cable Is Carrying Full Load Current
• The Expected Short Circuit Level Of The System

Application

• Entertainment Electronic (TV, Audio, Video Equipment)
• Power Electronics (UPS, Servo, Inverter, CVT/Stabilizer)
• Control Panel (Electronics/Electricals
• Telecommunication : Instruments
• Medical Electronics
• Appliances Wiring
• Military/General Harnessing
• Power Supply/Battery/Lead Wire

Miniature Cables (Hook-Up Wires)

These Cables are simple connecting wire in a electronic circuit. They are made solid or flexible as per the demand of circuit. These wire always have a tinned copper conductor which is very easily solderable. Different kinds of insulation make this range very broad. To furnish these cables, to the entire satisfaction of the industry we always need some technical parameter to design the required cable of this kind.

The number and diameter of conductor strands are for reference only. Conductor resistance as per IS: 8130 is the governing criteria.
